The genuine CAT Tourniquet is a true one-handed tourniquet proven to be 100% effective by the U.S. Army’s Institute of Surgical Research and has saved countless lives. Tests proved that the CAT completely occluded blood flow of an extremity in the event of a traumatic wound with significant hemorrhage. The Gen 7 CAT utilizes a durable windlass system with a patented free-moving internal band providing true circumferential pressure to the extremity. QuikClot like all blood clotting products have very high surface area chitosan flakes. When they come in contact with blood, QuikClot swells, gels, and sticks together to make a gel like plug. The blood clotting agent does not set off the normal clotting cascade, it only clots the blood it comes directly into contact with.​ The Emergency Bandage is a combat proven first-aid device for the staunching of blood flow from traumatic hemorrhage wounds in pre-hospital situations. It is designed to hold essential lifesaving medical supplies on a belt.The Micro TKN was designed as an Every Day Cary trauma kit for law enforcement professionals, prepared citizens, or hunters. Deployment of critical first aid supplies can be done with one hand or a single finger from either the left or right side by pulling the BLIP featured pull tabs. The Micro TKN consists of two main components – the outer MOLLE or Belt mounted pouch utilizing the Ten-Speed technology, and a removable insert that keeps medical supplies organized.The Kit contains the following: Trauma Gloves (Rolled 1x Pair): Bear Claw Ultimate Nitrile gloves are made of 100% Nitrile material (NO LATEX). The Tourniquet Hammock is a quick and easy way to carry a CAT or SOF-T or RATS Tourniquet off of an existing belt or MOLLE-mounted pouch that takes up no more additional mounting space and protects the tourniquet from the environment. Following the huge success of the Micro Trauma Kit NOW!® the biggest question we got was “Where do I keep my tourniquet?” We always recommended keeping a tourniquet readily available and NOT inside a pouch for immediate access. With the Tourniquet Hammock, you can keep your tourniquet readily accessible right below your Micro Trauma Kit with no extra mounting space needed. As an added benefit, the Tourniquet Hammock keeps the tourniquet better protected against damaging UV rays, weather, dirt and debris than having a TQ simply rubber banded to your gear. The Tourniquet Hammock can be mounted to either the MOLLE or belt-mounted Micro TKN, or any other MOLLE pouch with a 3-column MOLLE footprint such as the Trauma Kit NOW!®, Vertical Utility Pouch, and many others. Simply slide MOLLE straps through the slots on the Hammock towards the final installation point so that it hangs down or put the Hammock on first for it to ‘hang’ at the top.

The HyFin® Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack sets the standard for the prevention, management and treatment of an open and/or tension pneumothorax potentially caused by a penetrating chest trauma. Two seals, each individually packaged, are designed to allow the user to apply a seal to both an entry or an exit wound while also giving the option to only apply one and store the other until needed as the situation requires. This innovative design provides 3-vented channels designed to prevent airflow into the chest cavity during inhalation while allowing air to escape through the vent channels during exhalation.
