Rothco's plastic police whistle is constructed of a durable ABS plastic. 

The Smith & Wesson extra link handcuffs have an additional chain link in between the cuffs for a greater distance. The cuffs themselves are the same as the Model 100 double locking police handcuffs. They feature the slot double locking mechanism, satin nickel plating and exposed rivets for added strength. Satin nickel provides a dull cloudy finish in order to minimize glare in tactical situations. The additional link is useful when prisoners have difficulty bringing their arms together behind their back. The Elastic Rifle Mag Pouch is designed to fit most rifle magazines while maintaining a low profile and remain light weight. The woven polypropylene core provides a point to index magazines for reinsertion as well as rigidity for mounting the pouch on belts or carriers. The Mini MOLLE allows the user to not only MOLLE the pouch as normal, but also provides the opportunity to work with belts with non-standard MOLLE widths.
