Blue Tactical Return Policy

At Blue Tactical, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order due to sizing, defect, or error, we offer a return policy to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines:

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition and its original packaging.
  • Any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
  • Items that have been tailored, embroidered, or screen printed are not eligible for returns unless due to manufacturing / workmanship defect
Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at solutions@blue-tactical.com to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the package.
Alternatively, if your department has a return bin, place the item in the bin with a written note describing the reason for return after contacting solutions@blue-tactical.com.

  1. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when initiating the return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • If the damaged or defective item requires a return to the original manufacturer, contact our Customer Service team at solutions@blue-tactical.com if assistance is needed.
Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Custom items to include nameplates, nametapes, items that are screen printed, items that are custom embroidered, and items that are hemmed or tailored beyond the addition of patches.
  • Items that have been tailored, embroidered, or screen printed are not eligible for returns unless due to manufacturing / workmanship defects
Items Covered By Warranty

Certain items sold by Blue Tactical are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that extends beyond Blue Tactical’s 30-day return window.  These warranties typically cover manufacturing defects, material defects, or poor workmanship. The buyer should contact the manufacturer directly and follow manufacturer’s warranty process which is typically included with the item’s original packaging and may also be available online.  Blue Tactical may be provide certain documents and information to support a warranty claim such as sales receipts and date of purchase.  However, Blue Tactical is not responsible for the submission of warranty claims or the processing of such claims, nor will Blue Tactical be responsible for any repairs, refunds, or exchanges issued as part of warranty claims.
